By accessing or using RapidGPL ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including funeral home owners, employees, and any authorized users of your account.

2. Account Registration

To use RapidGPL, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not use another person's account without permission or create multiple accounts for the same funeral home.

3. Service Description

RapidGPL provides:

• AI-powered funeral quote generation services
• Price list management and storage
• FTC-compliant General Price List (GPL) formatting
• Quote history and analytics
• Team collaboration features
• Technical support and updates

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or deceptive pricing information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to generate quotes for businesses other than your registered funeral home
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RapidGPL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your funeral home retains ownership of all price lists and business information you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this information solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to:

• Protecting your funeral home's confidential information
• Not sharing your price lists with competitors
• Maintaining industry-standard security measures
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws

8. FTC Compliance

While RapidGPL helps generate FTC-compliant quotes and price lists, you remain solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all pricing information is accurate and current
• Complying with all FTC Funeral Rule requirements
• Maintaining proper records as required by law
• Training staff on proper use of generated quotes

RapidGPL is a tool to assist with compliance but does not guarantee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RAPIDGPL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAPIDGPL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapidGPL, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may download your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.

12. Governing Law
